ABOUT
Sara Dunn is an American born, London based visual artist and designer who started METALUXS with Stephen Langmanis in 2015. A fashion and design aficionado at heart with over two decades experience in image making and story telling.
She began her career as a fashion and props stylist and editor in New York City after studying visual arts in NYC, and working as a costume designer for film and theatre, working with the likes of Rosemund Pike and Jennifer Lawrence.
Sara migrated to the UK in 2010 to work as Fashion Director for Indie Magazine Ponytail. With a deep appreciation for detail and tactile qualities of Fashion, Design, Art, and Interiors along with a good narrative, her goal is for imagery to connect with the viewer on a humanistic level with beauty and authenticity as the central focus.
Sara's fashion and design sensibility paired with Stephen's dynamic technical approach to film making, create polished conceptual imagery with story telling at the heart.
Currently, Sara is the Style Director at METALUXS and Creative Director at SDSL, a New York based Design Firm.
